We believe in the pieces we create, and we want you to feel confident about yours.

Every Ghostmood T-shirt is selected and printed with care. To keep our process fair and sustainable, we follow a limited-return policy. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Our Return Policy

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for personal preference, choosing the wrong size, ordering the wrong colour, or changing your mind after purchase.

Before ordering, please check the product description, size chart, available colours, and fit details.

2. Our Quality Promise

If we get something wrong, we will work to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, if possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or an unedited unboxing video to help us investigate. We will review your claim fairly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Size & Fit

We want you to choose your fit confidently.

  • Review the size chart before ordering.

  • Check whether the product is regular fit or oversized.

  • Compare the listed measurements with a T-shirt you already own.

We cannot accept exchanges simply because the selected size or fit is not what you personally prefer.

4. Order Processing

Once an order enters printing, processing, or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. We will review your request according to its status and applicable law.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever practicable. We will communicate the applicable processing timeline when your request is approved.
